HOMECARE FROM A CUSTOMER’S PERSPECTIVE

This month we have a guest blog post from a client who offered to write about us. Of course we said yes, so please see the post from Nikki below 

I’m a local business owner based in Greenwich in London. I work from home but I have very little time to do those odd jobs around the home that just seem to pile up every time I turn around. To be honest, I’m not particularly good at DIY either.

I’ve been using Security Masters for a few years now. It all started with changing the lock on my front door and went from there. I’ve had them in to zip through a garden tidy up before a party, put a lick of paint on a spare room I wanted to use as an office and lay a laminate floor. Actually, that’s how it all started at my house. I was so impressed with Mark’s skill as a locksmith and with the fact that, having identified that I had some vulnerable areas in my home, he didn’t use it as an opportunity to sell me a new lock. He gave me good, sound advice to help me make an informed decision.
