Our UPVC back door wasn't opening, even when unlocked, so I found Security Masters Limited through the MLA Approved Locksmiths directory. Mark was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and I definitely felt that we were in safe hands. He not only resolved the issue with the back door but also noticed that the latches on our front door needed adjustment and fixed those too. The work was completed quickly, to a high standard, and was competitively priced. I felt compelled to write this review and have already recommended to friends and family. What a kind a trustworthy company! I called to see if they could help with a magnetic door lock that had stopped working. The lovely man immediately suggested something I could try myself first to save a call out fee and patiently talked me through it. It worked! So grateful for his honesty. If I could give a 10 star review this would be it, Mark is absolutely incredible at his job. We wanted to change our locking system to a traditional one way. I contacted many locksmiths, majority said it is not possible and didn’t bother finding a solution, whereas Mark insisted on coming on the day I called him after a few hours to check it out and make sure he could help me in finding a solution. Not only is he amazing in that sense, he is honest and gives the best prices and when I say best prices he is far cheaper than others who quoted me double and triple the amount I ended up paying. He goes above and beyond as there was another issue with my doors locking part which was there from before and he said he’s not happy with it and just figured out how to fix it without me even asking him to. This was not apart of his job, but this is why he is amazing and that genuinely has made a difference and I could not thank him enough. If there is a locksmith you need it’s definitely Mark!
